How to invite your colleagues to set up an account in Routable

Routable is made for team collaboration and inviting new team members is easy.

Inviting from the setup Guide

If you are still working your way through the setup Guide, you can invite new team members from the Quick Start Guide section by clicking the Invite your team button.

Inviting from your Account Settings

If you have already completed the setup Guide, you can invite new team members from your Account Settings > Team members page.

You'll be shown a list of all current team members. If no one has been invited to your company yet, only you will be listed.

How team member invites work

Clicking the blue Invite a team member button brings up a page where you can fill in the team member's information including:

  • Email address

  • First and Last name

  • Title

When you're done, click Send invite to send an email notification to your team member. After sending the invite a new section will appear on your Team members page listing your Pending invites.

They will remain in this list until the invite is either accepted by the teammate or it has been revoked.

What accepting an invite looks like

Your colleague will receive an email notifying them about their invitation.

Clicking the Join button takes your colleague to the following page where they can confirm their information and create their account.

๐Ÿ“ซ When your colleague finishes creating their account, all existing team members will get an email notification that a new member has joined the team.

You will also see your Team members page update in your Account Settings to reflect all active team members.
