If you received a form to enter your end-of-year tax information and you’ve found it to be pre-filled, it’s because you’ve previously entered your information for another customer who also uses Routable.
When reaching this pre-filled form, please double check the entered data. You’ll be asked to confirm that the information looks correct and to re-enter your Tax Identification number. That is your Employer Identification Number for businesses, or Social Security Number for independent contractors who do not have an EIN. This will help make sure the right information is submitted to the IRS.
