Not all bulk CSV uploads are created equal and some may take longer to process than others (the larger the file, the longer it will take to process.) You may also find yourself in situations where there are multiple uploads queued up at one time.

When you’re curious about the status of one or more of your bulk uploads, you can see this information from your account settings.

Under Account Settings > Bulk uploads you will see a section for Payments and list of your bulk payment uploads, showing who uploaded the file and when.

To see a list of the payments processed from a CSV file, you can click the “...” button to the right of the upload in your Bulk upload history and click the link to View uploaded payments.

You will also receive an email notification when your bulk upload is completed.

A Note for Xero Integrations

Routable can only process one upload at a time for Xero-connected accounts, so you will see a message alerting you when another upload already taking place.

Also, the Xero API only allows us to create 60 transactions per minute, so large files will result in longer response times due to this limit.
