In your CSV upload template for payables you will be required to fill in the Payment from field to either specify the connected bank account the funds will be withdrawn from for each of your payments, or to specify your Routable balance account for payments you are sending NextDay ACH, SameDay ACH, or RTP.

Routable Bank Account ID

To get your Routable bank account ID, one of your account Administrators will need to go into your Account Settings > Bank connections and scroll down to Available bank accounts.

Under the Details for each of the connected bank accounts, there is a Routable bank account ID. This ID will need to be copied and pasted in its entirety to the Payment from field of your CSV template for payments being sent Standard ACH or Expedited ACH.

⭐ Note: You can only add your Active bank accounts. If a bank account is Pending account verification, it will need to be verified and Active before it can be added to your bulk CSV file.

Routable Balance ID

To get your Balance ID, either an account Administrator or a team member with the Creator role can go into Account Settings > Routable balance to see the balance details.

Around the center of the page, under your current balance, will be the Balance ID.

This ID will need to be copied and pasted in its entirety to the Payment from field of your CSV template for payments being sent via NextDay ACH, SameDay ACH, or RTP.
