Supported File Types

Supported File Types

The following file types can be imported and sent to your recipient if attached to a bill or invoice created on your accounting software:

• PDF

• PNG

• JPEG

• DOCX

• XLSX

• CSV

• TXT

Don't forget to select "Import files attached..." in order to import those file types

Unsupported File Types

Unsupported file types will not be sent to the receiving party. These file types include:

• JPG

• DOC

• XLS

• EML

• ZIP

• APPLICATION FILES (EXE, DMG)

If you do not click Ignore unsupported attachments, the bill or invoice will fail to send. 

File Size Limit

Attached files should not exceed the combined maximum size of 12MB.

⭐ Note: Individual files cannot exceed 12MB and multiple files attached to the same email cannot also exceed 12MB, when combined.
