Routable surfaces accounting software sync errors on the Sync Errors page so you can quickly identify and resolve sync errors as they happen.
View the Sync Errors page
To view the Sync Errors page:
- Open the left-side navigation
- Click your name
- Click View sync errors
You'll be taken to the Sync Errors page in your Account Settings
Access the Sync errors page in the left side navigation by clicking on your name and then clicking on the "View sync errors" in your menu. You'll be taken to the Sync errors page within Account settings.

Resolve a sync error
When you view your Sync Errors page, you will see a list of sync errors and suggested resolution steps.
Typically, there are two ways you can resolve an error:
- Resolve the error following the suggested resolution steps (if available). You can then re-attempt to sync the record to ensure that Routable and your accounting software stay in sync.
- Ignore it. When you decide to ignore an error, that means Routable and your accounting software may get out of sync for the record. You will not be able to sync the changes that caused the error and any future changes. You will be able to hide this record from view.
Once you resolve an error, you can either select it and
- Retry records. Click the Retry records button to re-attempt to sync the records. Routable will attempt to sync the errors in the background so you can continue using Routable while the records sync. Refresh the page to see the most up-to-date sync errors.
- Dismiss records. Click the Dismiss records button to hide the selected sync errors from your default view. You can always view a dismissed sync error by adjusting the status filter at the top of the table.
