When you're ready to add a tax information in for a vendor, you can enter in their information from your Routable dashboard.

Enter W-9 info for domestic vendors

Enter W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E info for international vendors

Enter W-9 tax information for a domestic vendor (US only)

To start, navigate to Companies > Vendors and choose the vendor you want to add tax information for.

On the vendor's company page:

(1) go to the Tax & Compliance tab

(2) click the Add tax form button to open the tax entry form.

In the tax entry form, upload and add the form to the vendor's tax records.

• Upload completed and signed W-9 forms from the IRS.

  • Forms MUST be PDFs

  • Maximum size is 2MB

• Date uploaded form was signed

  • You must select the date W-9 form was signed. 
    ​Note: this date may be different from the date you're submitting the form.

To finish uploading the form, click the ☑️Add tax form button at the lower-right of the form.

Once you have added the new tax info, you will see an update in the tax records.

Enter W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E tax information for an international vendor (personal and business)

To start, navigate to Companies > Vendors and choose the vendor you want to add tax information for.

On the vendor's company page:

(1) go to the Tax & Compliance tab

(2) click the Add tax form button to open the tax entry form.

In the tax entry form, upload and add the form to the vendor's tax records.

• Upload completed and signed W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E forms from the IRS.

  • Forms MUST be PDFs

  • Maximum size is 2MB

  • You must select the date W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E form was signed
