Step 1: Provide basic account info

To get started, enter each of the following:

• company name

• company email

• first and last name

• a new password.

⭐ Important: the email you provide will be your username, and you’ll use it to log into Routable in the future.

Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy - once you've agreed, click Create account.

Step 2: Verify your email address

We'll ask you to confirm your account with a six-digit verification code sent to the email address you provided in Step 1. The email should look something like this:

Once you've entered the verification code, click the Continue button to move on to the next step.

Step 3: Name your workspace

You'll be prompted to enter a workspace name which will be used to create your unique Routable account URL.

Your workspace name is usually your company name, but it can be anything you want and will ultimately look something like yourcompany.routablehq.com

❗ Keep in mind that your workspace name can NOT accept spaces or special characters (such as !,$*@#^&).

Your workspace name is part of your personalized URL. You and your team will need this URL to access your company's dashboard once you’re verified and on the Routable platform.
