After you have customized your CSV template for payables and you’re ready for uploading, you can get the process started from your Routable dashboard.
Click New > Bulk upload in the top of the left navigation on your Routable dashboard.
On the next screen, you will click Upload file to select and upload your CSV file.
After uploading your file, Routable will run a quick check to validate data in the file.
If there are any issues, we will display the list of errors on the page or you can click the button to Download error report to get a file with all of the errors identified.
If the vendor name is known, click the Vendor details link to access their contact information, bank account details, and other necessary information to fill the file accurately.

Once all issues have been resolved in your file, from here you will be able to Upload a new file with the revisions.
After you successfully pass the validation stage, you will move on to the Review of your upload. Here you will see a Summary of all payments that will be created with your upload and here. You have once last chance to go back and make changes before clicking the button to Create payments.
After confirming, you will be able to see the status of your upload from your Account Settings. You will be notified via email if there are any issues processing your file, and you will also be notified once the upload has been successfully completed.
