The Multiple Currencies feature in Quickbooks Online allows you to record transactions in currencies other than your company’s base currency. As a result, you will be able to import invoices and bills in these multiple currencies to Routable and manage these international transactions right from your Routable dashboard.
⭐ Important: Once multi-currency is turned ON in Quickbooks Online, it cannot be turned off. Customers and vendors can be assigned to a single currency, therefore you will need to add new customers and vendors for each different currency that you use in your transactions.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Account and Settings
Step 2
Click on Advanced and scroll down to the Currency section to set your home currency and turn Multi-currency ON. Click Save.
When Multi-currency has been turned ON, you will be able to manage currencies to add or delete your desired currencies.
Once you have the Multi-currency setting turned ON and added your desired currencies, you are good to go to start sending international payments connected to Quickbooks.com.
