Invite a customer to Routable by creating their company profile from the Customers tab.
1. On the left-navigation, go to Customers > All Customers or Onboarding.
⭐️ Go to the Onboarding sub-tab to easily track customer invites.
At the upper-right, click +Create Customer.
Once you enter your customer's display name, you'll be asked for some additional information about the customer.
First, you'll be asked whether the customer is a business (such as an LLC, corporation, or the like) or an individual (such as a contractor or freelancer). Depending on which you choose, you'll be asked for different information about the customer such as a legal business name as opposed to a first and last name.

Next, you'll need to add a contact for your customer by clicking the + Contact button.

You'll need to fill out a few fields to add a contact person for your customer and invite them to Routable as your customer:
Customer name
Contact's email
Contact's full name (first and last)
Once you've provided these details about your customer contact, click Create Customer to proceed and send the invite.
