By now, you've finished creating your Routable account. Next, we'll need you to provide some information about your organization.
Step 1: Info you'll need to get started

Have a look at the kinds of information you’ll need to provide in the following steps.
We'll need you to offer information like your legal business name, type, category, classification, and EIN.
If you have this information handy, click the Continue button to mov to the next step.
Step 2: Identifying your business

⭐ Important: Your legal business name must match what appears on your government-issued documents.
If your business has a DBA (doing business as) name, please enter it in the DBA field.
Now you can move on to the next step by clicking the Save and continue button.
Step 3: Selecting your business type

Select your business type. This will need to match what appears on your W-9 form.
Step 4: Providing your EIN

At this stage, you'll need to enter your employer identification number (EIN).

Step 5: Selecting your business category & classification

On this screen, select your business category and classification information from the available options. Please choose the options that best match your business.
Step 6: Providing your business address

Here, you'll need to add your registered business address. This address must match the one on your registered IRS documents and
⭐ Important: Your business address cannot be a PO box.
Step 7: Uploading your documents

Last up, you’ll need to provide a government-issued identification document for the business. Add your document by dragging and dropping a pdf file into the box on this screen. You can also click ‘Browse files’ to find the document on your computer.
☝️ You can upload multiple documents from the list below and this will help expedite the verification process. File Size Limit: The file size cannot exceed 10MB.
Below is a list of acceptable documents you can upload to satisfy this requirement:

Filed and stamped Articles of Organization or Incorporation

Certificate of Good Standing

Business License

Sales/Use Tax License
That’s it! You’ve completed the business verification steps. Now, let’s continue on to add your business representative info.
