What happens now that I’ve submitted my information?
Now the verification process begins! We send over your documents to our identification verification partners who will review and verify your documents and entered information. This includes verifying your business and the identity of your business representative(s).
When will my account be active?
Reviewing your information can take up to 3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your account is approved.
What happens after my account is verified?
You’ll be given full access to Routable’s capabilities. Learn more about next steps once your account has been verified.
What does ‘Pending Verification’ mean?
Pending verification means that you’ve successfully submitted your documents, and you’re account is in the verification process.
My guide now says ‘Failed Verification’. What does that mean?
Failed verification means that some or all of your documents or entered information has failed verification for either your business or your business representatives. You should contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving your issue.
