In order to use your Routable sandbox after you refresh your NetSuite sandbox account ↗, you will need to reconnect your Routable sandbox to your NetSuite sandbox. This process should only take a few minutes and it is very similar to setting up your integration → for the first time.
Before you get started, please note the following requirements for both your Routable and NetSuite accounts:
- Access to a Routable account
- Administrator access to the NetSuite account
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Routable SuiteApp
Uninstall the Routable SuiteApp
To uninstall the Routable SuiteApp, navigate to the Installed SuiteApps page in your NetSuite account.
- In you navigation menu, go to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > Installed SuiteApp List
- From the installed SuiteApps list, identify the SuiteApp named Routable
- Select Uninstall from the action menu and the uninstallation process will begin

Reinstall the Routable SuiteApp
To reinstall the Routable SuiteApp, navigate to the SuiteApps page (SuiteApps Marketplace).
To install the Routable app head to the SuiteApps section in your NetSuite account.
- Click on the SuiteApps link in your menu bar (📸 Screenshot)
- Search for "Routable"
- Click on the app in the search results (📸 Screenshot)
If you have already contacted Routable support and provided your Account ID you will see an Install button available on the right side. (📸 Screenshot)
If this step has not been completed, you will see Limited Access and you will need to provide us with your Account ID first in order to proceed. (📸 Screenshot)
⭐️ Important: If you have NetSuite users with custom permissions you will want to do one of the following:
- Install the Routable SuiteApp after hours
- Instruct all users to log out then sign back in after the NetSuite admin installs the Routable SuiteApp
This will prevent your team from running into errors after installing the Routable SuiteApp.
Creating a new NetSuite access token
A NetSuite Administrator will need to create an access token in NetSuite that will also be required to connect the integration.
- Click Manage Access Tokens from the Settings box on the bottom left side of the Home page in NetSuite (📸 Screenshot)
- Click New My Access Token (📸 Screenshot)
- In the Application Name field, select Routable Integration (📸 Screenshot)
- In the Token Name field, you can leave the default name or adjust it to your liking
- Click Save
⚠️ Warning: This information will not be viewable again after navigating away from the page, so you may want to save your Token ID and Token Secret in a separate document.
Copy and Paste the Token ID and Token Secret, into your Routable integration settings
Updating your NetSuite credentials in Routable
To update your NetSuite credentials in Routable, navigate to the Manage NetSuite page in your Routable workspace settings.
- Sign in to Routable and click on your name in the bottom left of the main navigation menu then select Manage integration
- On the Manage NetSuite page, in the Manage your integration connection status section, click Update credentials
- In the Update your NetSuite credentials page, input your new token ID and token secret then click Update and reconnect
- Routable will re-sync with your NetSuite account and then you can use Routable again
