Switching Between Routable Accounts

If you work in multiple Routable accounts, you can switch between them quickly using a toggle button rather than logging in and out to move between accounts.

☝️ To use this quick switching feature, your different user accounts must share the same login email address, and then you will have the option to toggle between the different accounts that use this email address.

How to Switch to Another Account

If you have multiple accounts accessible from the same email, you’ll see a clickable toggle icon next to your Company name in the top right corner of your Routable dashboard.

1️⃣ Click the toggle icon. A menu will open where you can select which of your other Routable accounts you’d like to switch to.

2️⃣ You can select from a list of either all of your linked accounts or a handful of your most recently used accounts, depending on how many accounts are linked to that email address.

If you don’t see the account you’re looking for, you can type a company name into the search field to locate it and press enter to search.

3️⃣ Once you see the account you’re looking for, you can click to select it.

It may take a moment for the new account to load. Once it does, you’ll see the new company name in the top right corner and

☝️ If you click the toggle by mistake, and do not wish to switch accounts, you can click the Cancel button to go back to your dashboard without moving into another account.
