This page describes the minimum permissions required to connect and sync a Routable workspace with a NetSuite company.
Create a custom role in NetSuite
Before assigning permissions, you must create a new role or modify an existing one. While we recommend using a Administrator role, you may want to use a custom role instead.

If your NetSuite company has multiple subsidiaries, check Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing.

Important note on custom segments
Each Custom Segment requires View permissions in the Custom Records role permissons tab, as well as Edit permissions for the Record Access Level permission on the segment itself (Customization → Lists, Records & Fields → Custom Segments → [Segment] → Permissions tab)
