Routable reads your NetSuite settings (not your NetSuite bill/invoice forms) to determine which fields to show when you are coding a bill. To ensure that your custom fields appear in the Routable bill form, make sure that your custom fields are configured as described below.

If you recently added a custom field in NetSuite and you do not see it in Routable, re-sync your integration.

Adding custom transaction body fields

To add custom transaction body fields to the Routable bill header, configure the fields as follows:

1. Applies To tab: ☑️ Purchase
2. Display tab: Select a Subtab
   • If you do not select a Subtab, you still want the field to display in the bill body, and the field type is a List/Record, please reach out to Support. Support can help you display the field in Routable on a tab called Uncategorized.

To add custom transaction line fields to the Routable bill line items table, configure the fields as follows:

1. Applies To subtab
   • ☑️ Expense: Field will appear on the Expenses subtab
   • ☑️ Purchase Item: Field will appear on the Items subtab
